YES I WILL KEEP MAKING REQUESTS. MUAHAHAHA. Basically, the idea that Asgeir is this young and inexperienced jarl still learning the ropes opens the door to the influential voices. One such voice could be a steward or thane of his city, Dawnstar. There won't be many specifics on this lady. She should be mature enough to know what she's doing, yes. You can have her as being appointed by Asgeir's predecessor, Skald the Elder, or by Asgeir himself. She could be supportive of him or, due to his youth, shoving her way into his business however you choose. Basically, he knows nothing about women, either, so having a person with some power be female would throw him off even more. The face up there is Holly Valance, and the process of picking her went as so - "Taiya! Pick a mature-looking actress for me!" "UHHH Holly Valance!" Thus, since she was an indifferent choice, you can use her or whoever you want who looks the right age. If you go with Valance, I'd say make her maybe Altmer (wouldn't the Stormcloaks love that?), Bosmer, or Breton.

And this is the other one - a housecarl who can serve either Asgeir or the lady above depending on the player's preference. This one would have definitely been a Skald appointee that Asgeir chose to keep around to avoid seeming as if he was simply dumping everyone from Skald's regime who could possibly be as staunchly Stormcloak as the old man. Again, the only real necessities here are the age and that idea that this guy was made housecarl by Skald. The face claim decision was made in the same way as the above one, but if you go with Evans, Nord fits.
