WEAPONS & ARMOR .
My armor and weapons range depending on the season as well as what I am planning to attack. During the warmer moths, I much prefer to use my studded armor, seeing as it gives more range to move and keeps me cool whenever i'm on foot. Sometimes I am fortunate enough to have the coin to afford a horse for a while, but then eventually I need to resell because I don't have enough money to take care of it. For the winter I like using my steel armor, keeps me warm and it isn't too hard to walk around in. For weapons, I am all about one handed weapons mixed with destruction magic. I prefer maces over swords or axes and I prefer to use flame over any of the other spells. Both are most effective an dI know how to handle them well.
SKILLS .
I am more than proficient when it comes to one handed weapons, it is the skill that I sell the most of. Archery is another big one that I'm pretty good at; don't sell as much of it but it's still up there. Next we have destruction magic. I'm not a professional at it, so I don't tend to sell those skills unless someone is adamant about it. Lastly, there is blocking. I'm pretty decent with a shield, if I can ever get my hands on one that lasts me more than a few caves. I tend to go through them like I do bottle of mead, which is a lot and often.
HISTORY .
I was born and raised in Solitude with my mother and father; my father was a guard for the high king and my mother was one of the high queen's housemaids. You could say i lived a lavish life, but I'll tell you i lived nothing but a boring one. Every day was the same as the last, always knowing exactly what was going to happen. I hated it, but I knew how to appreciate what I had, for the time being. It was obvious that my father wanted me to become one of the guards, so I complied for as long as I could. I always trained when I was told to and studied when I was needed to. It was the life of a privileged man, but it wasn't at all what I wanted. I would see adventurers come and go as they pleased, never really having a home except for wherever they lay their head down that night. I was completely and totally fascinated.
Never once did I mention such a thing to my father, knowing his would scold me and definitely show me the back of his hand if I strayed from his dreams for me. My life was already planned out and I didn't even have a say in any of it. it wasn't until my mother brought home a girl and told me that I was to marry her that I decided to run away. I was only sixteen at the time, but I knew that I wouldn't be able to live this life any longer.
That day, I snuck around the castle, grabbing necessities whenever I could, as well as food and drink. I was completely and totally set on leaving. Once night had fallen, I attempted to climb out of my bedroom window but had managed to make too much of a ruckus. A couple of guards rushed over to see what the commotion was, only to find me, on my rear looking up at them with guilt in my eyes.
I don't think I could ever take a beating like the one my father gave me the next day. With his belt in his hand, he lashed at me over and over again, myself not making a single noise. He screamed at me and told me to never attempt to run away again, as my mother stood their crying. Feeling shamed, I retreated back to my room, barely able to lie down due to all of the welts that were left on my body from my father's beatings. However, as ashamed as I was, I knew that I would try it again, someday.
And I did. Four years later I managed to escape without anyone noticing me; well, except for the guards I paid off to keep their mouths shut.
At first, I did whatever I could to survive, hunting and fishing, selling my pelts and trying to get buy. I realized that I couldn't live off of just that. It was getting colder and, even though I had some pelts to keep me warm, I still needed coin for food and drink; bears are especially hard to kill when in hibernation. It wasn't until I reached my first big city, Markarth, that I realized I could sell my skills and knowledge of fighting. many people were interesting in my one handed combat but it soon spread to a wide variety of things.
Now I live the way I want to, on the road with a bag of coin in my pocket.
